The 2019 Grand Vin Sec has a slightly waxy peach-skin bouquet that gradually unfolds in the glass. The palate is well balanced and fresh. This has a fine bead of acidity, coming across quite saline and citric, and a vibrant, energetic finish that lingers. A lovely dry white from Jean-Jacques Dubourdieu.

Featuring fragrant honeysuckle, lime blossoms and Granny Smith apple wafts, the 2019 Blanc Sec has an intense core of lemon curd and kumquat aromas. The medium-bodied palate is packed with zesty flavors with a crisp line of refreshing acidity and long, mineral-tinged finish.

Essence de Dourthe find its origins in the prestigious Dourthe estates: Château Belgrave. Château Le Boscq. Château La Garde. Château Grand Barrail Lamarzelle Figeac. Only 14 hectares of the very best gravel and clay soils and the finest. most distinguished. Merlot. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot vines have been selected; 14 hectares of vines on which the Dourthe oenologists and their teams focus all their talent and give free reign to their passion. Essence is the result of their remarkable achievements in each vineyard. a sublime combination of great terroirs and talents. But Essence is rare: only 6.000 bottles of Essence de Dourthe are produced each year.

This is a pretty red with currants, walnuts and lightly toasted oak. Medium body, fine tannins and a fresh finish. 70% cabernet sauvignon, 24% merlot and 6% petit verdot. Drink after 2023.

Betörendes Bouquet mit einem Strauss Veilchen, reifen Heidelbeeren und würzigem Cassis, dahinter Holundergelee und Szechuan- Pfeffer. Am mittleren Gaumen mit cremiger Textur und abgerundeten reifen Tanninen, pflaumige Extraktsüsse. Im aromatischen Finale mit schwarzbeerigen Konturen und hellem Tabak.
