40% of this wine was fermented in old French barrels, not for the oak, but for the form of the vessel itself. Mouthfeel is gained here by high lees to wine contact and a more efficient natural lees stirring across unhurried wild ferments. (Rippon)
Verkostungsnotiz von James Suckling:
Very intense and vividly fresh aromas of passion fruit and lime with a little edge of mineral. The palate has a very lithe, juicy and succulent feel with bright passion-fruit, green-peach and mango flavors. Focused, dry and fresh. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink now.
