93 Punkte vom Wine Advocate für den Chateau Joanin Becot 2020 Cotes de Castillon Den Chateau Joanin Becot 2020 Cotes de Castillon beschreibt William Kelley wie folgt:
The 2020 Joanin Bécot offers up notes of cherries, dark berries, violet and flower aromas with delicate hints of peony flowers. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, precise and fresh, with bright acidity and a delicate, crystalline and fine texture; in a word: exquisite.

91 Punkte von Jeb Dunnuck für den Chateau Joanin Becot 2020 Cotes de Castillon Den Chateau Joanin Becot 2020 Cotes de Castillon beschreibt Jeb Dunnuck wie folgt:
91 I always love this cuvée, and the 2020 Château Joanin Bécot shows the class of the vintage with its limestone-driven aromatics of black raspberries, framboise, rose petals, iris, and exotic flower-driven aromatics. With medium-bodied richness on the palate, it has silky tannins, a pure, elegant mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and a great finish. This is just pure, classic Right Bank goodness to enjoy over the coming decade or so.

92-93 Suckling-Punkte für den Chateau Joanin Becot 2020James Suckling schreibt zum Chateau Joanin Becot 2020 Cotes de Castillon Folgendes:
This is very spicy with lots of crushed sea salt and cloves. Dark fruit, chocolate and blackberries. Very round, yet chewy. A luxurious red from this appellation. 90% merlot and 10% cabernet franc.

87-89 Punkte vom Vinous-Team für den Chateau Joanin Becot 2020Das meint die Vinous-Mannschaft um Antonio Galloni zum Chateau Joanin Becot:
The 2020 Joanin Bécot was affected by a hailstorm in May which resulted in some Cabernet Franc being parsed out from the blend, so this year there is half the normal production. It has quite a dense and quite earthy nose, introverted black fruit mixed with potpourri and traces of orange zest, the latter becoming more prominent with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with dry, gritty tannins with a smudge of dark chocolate towards the sandy finish. It needs a little more flesh around the bones, but that should come during its barrel maturation.

92 Punkte vom Wine Advocate für den Chateau d Aiguilhe 2020 Cotes de Castillon Den Chateau d Aiguilhe 2020 Cotes de Castillon beschreibt William Kelley wie folgt:
Aromas of cassis, dark berries and cherries mingle with subtle hints of incense and spices in an inviting bouquet to introduce the 2020 d'Aiguilhe, a medium to full-bodied, fleshy and layered wine with powdery tannins and the lively acids that are typical of this later-ripening, limestone-rich sector. Always a notable value, this age-worthy cuvée has turned out very well this year.

93 Punkte von Jeb Dunnuck für den Chateau d Aiguilhe 2020 Cotes de Castillon Den Chateau d Aiguilhe 2020 Cotes de Castillon beschreibt Jeb Dunnuck wie folgt:
From the up-and-coming Castillon region, just east of Saint-Emilion, the 2020 Château D'Aiguilhe has a floral, cassis, and black raspberry-driven style that shows more tobacco and classic limestone minerality with time in the glass. It's medium to full-bodied, has fine tannins, and the balance and class to evolve for 10-15 years. It's a seriously good Castillon, even better than the brilliant 2019.

92 Punkte vom Wine Spectator für den Chateau d Aiguilhe 2020 Cotes de CastillonJames Molsworth beschreibt ihn im Januar 2023 wie folgt:
Nicely rendered, with a very pure beam of cassis and cherry puree leading the way, infused gently with violet and savory accents. The fresh, focused finish is sneaky long. Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2034. 20,000 cases made, 2,200 cases imported. –JM
