James Suckling über den Chateau Belgrave 2019 Haut Medoc:
8 Nov, 2021 – Structured with layers of tannins that are chewy yet polished and powerful. Full-bodied yet remains intense. Currant and fresh flower flavors. Give it time to come together. 62% cabernet sauvignon, 35% merlot and the rest petit verdot. This needs time. Best ever? Try after 2024.
Und Neal Martin (Vinous) zum Chateau Belgrave 2019 Haut Medoc:
he 2019 Belgrave has a pure, well-defined bouquet of dark cherries, black currant and touches of mint, quite focused and intense. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy black fruit, fine acidity and touches of charcoal infusing the finish, which fans out nicely with aeration. This is turning into a decent Belgrave.

Dunkles Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, zarte Randaufhellung.
